Yes — every listing includes an authenticity certificate, and the physical card ships with your order.

Orders & Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship across Lebanon and the UAE, with select shipping to other GCC countries on request via WhatsApp.

How long does delivery take?

1–3 business days within Lebanon, and 3–5 business days for UAE and GCC orders.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is available in Lebanon. UAE orders are prepaid by card.

Returns

What's your return policy?

Items may be returned within 3 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Are final sale items returnable?

Items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
