Orders within Lebanon ship in 1–3 business days via our courier partners. UAE and GCC orders ship in 3–5 business days. Free shipping applies to orders over $150 in Lebanon. Tracking is sent by WhatsApp once your order leaves our studio.

You may return an item within 3 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all tags, dust bag, and authenticity card included. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

Every bag is authenticated by an independent third-party service before it's listed. If an item is ever found to be inauthentic, we offer a full refund, no questions asked.
